We use a small Toll on the A14 at Rouen as it saves a lot of time and only costs 3 euros. We have been doing this route for 20 years but now they have scrapped the booths and you have to open an account to pay or find a post office to pay.
We tried to do it online but obviously we have not been successful as nothing has been paid out of the account.
What are these tags that you can hold of to also be able to pay?

If you use other toll roads worth getting a tag . Many different options , bipngo , fulli etc
For me , well worth it

Does one tag cover the entire network, even when the roads are maintained by different owners?
Yes . I have a ulys tag which covers France , Spain , Italy. Quite a few companies provide same service. Don't think prices vary too much
Wouldn't actually recommend Ulys , always have problems when it comes to payment .

Also makes you smug when you go through the 30km lane. (Assuming no height barrier)

Thankyou very much for all your help, we only use two tolls in France one is Boulogne at Abbeville if we go to Calais and the other is at Rouen. So we will not go for the Tag we will have to see why the account is not working.
As usual the Wild Camping site people have been very helpful.

I use Fulli app and Tag, and use the toll you refer too a 10 times each year, plus a few others as needed . There is a 1.90euro/charge/month when you use it, free if not used in any month, with more freeflow motorways in France it is the easiest way to pay n go , with a tag.

Also most require approx €20 returnable deposit for the tag that is fixed to your windscreen.
Happy bip and go user and previously happy with ATMB tag. Only changed to Bipandgo as they offered more countries and my atmb tag had outlived its battery. Refund received on return.

We are also with Bip&Go which covers France, Spain and Portugal as standard plus you can add on Italy too.

If anyone wants one drop me a message with your name and email address and we can both get €5 off the bill.

You'll need a bank account which can accept SEPA direct debits - which is a European wide DD scheme. Not all UK banks do. Lloyds do so I opened an account just to pay me Bip&Go invoices.

I was going to get a Fulli badge this year, but found that First Direct wouldn't accept the DD.

I have Ulys and , at present , make an online payment. Sometimes the delay means you are cut off for a couple of days .
None of my accounts pay the DD
Was reluctant to open yet another

Chase bank does, it is also good to use in Europe, as there are no foreign transaction charges
