Stands for levelling system

I’m about to make 4 stands to replace the wooden blocks I use when the levelling system can’t cope with uneven ground. Basically they will be aluminium and fold flat when not in use to save space, they’ll be about 20-25mm thick and 100-120mm square when not in use and about 100-120mm high when in use.

Before I go about this does anyone already have something similar off the shelf?

We had massive plastic blocks forthe Concorde came with it, decided after a few uses to give them away at a meet, they wear impressive but at nearly 9 ton we didnt go on grass , but when we did i ended up digging them out after we moved away

No, there idea for spreading the load, but when the ground is uneven you need blocks to go under the legs. Issue is the amount of room taken up by the blocks when not being used.

I’m thinking of this (poorly drawn for now)

Hmmm never had that problem it just used to level itself we could also tip it side to side to empty the big black and grey tanks ,
What weight is vehicle and might be worthwhile looking at some of the plastic pallets the have tapered square blocks that slide into one another you could cut some blocks off them that are stackable

Just cut them up and use the blocks they come in all different shapes,
Mine had a nice hole in and I was able to plastic weld a nut and washer on so I could fit a threaded bar with a walking stick ferrule on to adjust the height

The issue is I don’t generally use campsites, as an example at Donington park the ground I park on is on a slop and uneven, so I carry lots of blocks and they are a pain to put away each time. At Brands Hatch I used to leave some old sleepers at the circuit, but some scroat nicked them.

The plastic pallets may be worth a look, but I have access to a plasma cutter and folder etc.

I have some rear stabiliser pads in the garage some where. It would be very easy to drill a hole through the centre, do the same with a block of wood, then pop a bolt through them to hold them together.
No need to use a nut if you want instant dis-assembler.
Or contact Scotia who can knock something up in metal.

I have some blocks slightly larger than you are looking for but they can be used to jack up on and they stack so they don’t slip off each other, here is a photo. They are about 25cms square and about 5cms thick, material is I think glass fibre reinforced HDPE.

No disrespect to Scotia Ral, the mate I'm consulting for at the moment has a team of metal workers, welders, plasma cutters, bending machines etc pretty sure one of the lads will turn these out.
