This is where I love our choice of demountable motorhome on a Toyota Hilux. 6.3 metres long or a bit more with the bile rack in use. But it has the high ground clearance of the Hilux, pretty good clearance angles front and back and the bonus of 4WD and hi / low ratio, and diff lock if you get really stuck.
We like to explore minor roads to get to remote places, and one such road this week I feel certain many of the longer lower MH's I see on sites would have grounded the rear overhang just on these public roads.
This is us a few days ago. I doubt many MH's would have the ground clearance for the rear overhang to clear that grass hump and thus fit into a normal car space (a requirement to be able to park in that particular spot)
