Come fellow members we don't know when we may need this bit of equipment but it would be great piece of mind to know that it is at a meeting that we go to wherever it is North or South of the border

Phil, for a few reasons Sue and I aren't able to do many rallies these days, but given our age and health stuff I think one more of these is essential, so when is the shut down date?

As some of you know I’ve undergone CPR twice, at the point you need these units the very last thing you think of is your wallet.

If you don’t want to win the prize just give the money, it may actually turn out to be your best investment.

I am undergoing Cardioversion on the 23rd of this month, using what in effect is a defibrillator, albeit, a defib machine is generally used in an emergency. However, the principal is the same.

Hopefully, a defib will not be necessary, if it is, it is because I am dead but don't let that put you off buying a raffle ticket. If you don't, I'm going to haunt you to your dying day.

They are only £5 each.

Boris was a stubborn bugger and wouldn't stay dead, I say thank goodness for that, for defib machines and for the NHS.

Why doesn't this surprise me.
I have never been to a meet nor am I likely to do so but I must say the tightfistedness of the majority of members comes as no surprise. Especially when they all claim to spend £££££££££sssssss in every town they ever stop in "to support the local economy". It would seem the majority actually want everything for nothing as I have always suspected.
Is a fiver going to change your life. It may just save someone else's.
This has to be worth a fiver.
