Would you use the primer when fitting solar panels to motorhome roofs.

There are different primers for different surfaces, I’d refer to Sika Technical Dept! 295UV was readily available in the U.K. when I did my job but, the primers weren’t.
i sourced them on ebay(France) and bought the lot from there….
