Twas only a few weeks ago that I signed one is there to many petitions going the rounds and diluting the voters power ?
 
Although aimed specifically at 'travellers/gypsy's it doesn't stretch credibility too much to imagine how some police will act when they see a MH camped up for the night. You only have to remind yourself how some police acted during lockdown which gave them a license to employ thuggish bully boy tactics.

"The provisions within Part 4 of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill are currently being debated in Parliament. The Government has no plans to remove the vehicle seizure power within Part 4."

I'm not sure this could happen due to the massive amount of revenue Swift etc bring into the country, there may be some rules but criminalising it seems to be a bit of sensationalistic journalism, and most likely just knee jerk reaction to the present situation which will go back to pre covid levels eventually, what is more likely to happen is there will be more airs and CLs opened.

Yes I’ve only just looked at that. It is interesting.
I’d rather sign it than not though. (We both have).
