**** just book it, park and enjoy. If not wild camp near by.I have contacted the said Premier Inn and was told the carpark is nothing to do with them. So long as I register and prepay they don't have a problem! The guy I spoke to on the reception said that Your Parking Space manage the car park.
They lost out, because I was going to book a couple of nights in the hotel, but overnight the price went up £100. Apparently it is Dynamic Procing. It updates every 6 hours.
