Window vacuum

Same here, had mine on daily for the last 3 weeks In Cumbria. Taylormade May cost more than other makes but they are a perfect fit and last.
Spot on.... Great company to deal with too...
Helpful and happy to help.

I bought Taylormades for the Transit when we had that and kicked myself for not getting the privacy mesh...

Couple of emails and it was sorted (and for the difference in price between what I had paid and what it would have cost if ordered as one NOT the full cost of it as an accessory)

Toasty in Winter (and no condensation)
And loverly and cool in summer as it reflects the sun before it gets near to the screen.

What soap solution do you use as they also clean windows ??,

We bought our Taylormade’s primarily for winter use while wild camping, however they are places we trust and feel comfortable in. Taylormade thermal qualities abound.

I have to agree with Canalsman on this one, it’s about context, where you are and how comfortable you feel while wild camping.

I would never wild camp with these covers if I wasn’t 100% about our safety. Despite their fantastic thermal qualities, driving away quickly from an uncomfortable situation simply isn’t an option and for touring purposes they become an asset rather than a ‘cure all’.

I simply wouldn't Park up ANYWHERE I wasn't comfortouble using the external screens.....

Worrying about having to leave so fast that I can't put the external covers on IMHO means I've not chosen a spot carefully enough....

I'm parking up for the night somewhere to get my head down NOT some sort of covert SAS mission....

IF I was that worried I'd rather just pay for a site....
This is supposed to be a relaxing pass time NOT a test of nerves

Just curious, what distance have you covered during your wild camping tours?

You’ve been lucky. No inner city European city Aires then?

Obviously not....

BUT if you are telling me that parking at one of those I might need to leave in a hurry....
Ill be glad to give them a swerve.....

I head off in the motorhome to relax NOT to potentially have to re enact some car chase....

IF That's your thang.... Then frankly you're welcome to it....

Maybe you can fashion a window vac into some sort of bond esque weapon.

Naa, no need, I find rolled up wet towels quite useful, they can give someone a nasty sting you know 😉😳
