Nice one. It made me want to pack up and go immediately. Not sure why we stay here in the winter other than a bad experience in Spain a few winters ago when we kept getting moved on.

Before you dash off to the "winter sun" just have a look at Metoffice web site, this morning Max temp in Spain was less than 10C. thats a Spanish 10c, usually a bit high. and with the price of fuel at about £1.15p diesel. Also your supermarket prices 50% more, Its not cheap any more. We have wild camped in Spain and Portugal for the last 40 years, but this year we will have to try UK. Last year we went to Galicia for a month at a cost of £700. this year the same trip would be at least £1000. any one out there that would like any info please ask. we have loads of wild camping sites, Happy new year.
