Wild camping

We are new to motorhoming, had a ours for a couple of months and loving it. Have stayed in a couple of Caravan Club sites, but only tried wildcamping at the Lade Inn, Kilmahog. It is a fantastic place great food and very friendly people who let you park overnight if you ask. Folf music Friday/Sat and if you like real ale, they have it in spades. Lots of great walks and beautiful scenery. Would like to try more wildcamping, campsites are ok, but a little bit too regimented for me. Anyone got any advice on the West Coast of Ireland? :p

Ireland

We passed the Lade Inn, kilmahog last week and checked out the 2 nearby parking spots but didn't know they would let you stay over on the pub's own car park:rolleyes:

They let one motorhome park at a time outside the pub, but there were 2 motorhomes nearby at the parking spots. Also noticed a few motorhomes next to the park in Callendar. You can walk on the Cyclepath from there to the pub.
