Wild camping in Romania

Currently in Greece, and planning to come back to U.K., via Bulgaria & Romania. Any advice?
 
Keep your beady motoring eyes peeled, the road death rate
in eastern Europe countries is around 3 times that of the UK !
 
The UTube Videos of their driving habits are really good. Just expect the unexpected and bring back some dash cam footage. Also make sure your Insurance covers you for the countries you intend visiting. Romania should be nice and quiet as I think most of them are over here.

Of course good and bad everywhere. But it would seem that the criminal
classes of eastern Europe countries have seen richer pickings in the western
Europe countries, with over representation in the crime statistics, if the papers
are to be believed. So it may just be that making sure your doors are locked,
might be something more essential to carry out in the UK/Germany/France
than in say Rumania!
