And another thing we loved but is rarely mentioned is that the petrol stations all seemed to sell wonderful food, from a simple (but seriously nice) bacon butty to a full meal, why on earth don't we have that here, we only ate in restaurants on the coast at night, my fave was seafood chowder, never had it before or since.

Not forgetting the people, wonderful welcome everywhere, always pleased to see you.

One of the hotels in which we stayed (obviously prior to Motohoming!). I think it was 2001.
We ate in the restaurant and I spotted a glass of their own tipple at £25 per glass: my wife wanted me to sample it but I just COULD NOT justify spending that much money :(.

(Aren't we getting away from the Wild Atlantic Way a little bit? But Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede are worth a visit!)

Plenty of info/ideas. Two holidays, more like a lifetime.
 
A we tip, you dont have to pay at the giants causeway, don't let them heard you through the big shop as its nothing but bull s-it, park down near the narrow g railway and walk around the back way to the coast path, that is unless you want to get robbed in the carpark and shop.
Do go to Portrush and along the coast rd to Portstewart as its the famous NW 200 track, if you fancy some shops Coleraine is the place to take the better half.
