why do i bother....

.

just checked... fridge is off...

on gas when wilding on battery when driving
on mains when on hook-up.. goodinit eh :p
got it right eh...:D

problem is the battery I think... AA tested it about a month ago and it was holding a charge then….so they said:rolleyes:

(went flat on me after leaving radio on for an hour...)

charging system also tested... alternator OK:cool:

don’t know the age of the battery... not new in my ownership so it could be ancient... probably is:confused:

all i wana do now is get the thing going so i can back it away from the garage...
then get it on the trickle charger
drive it to Tewksbury to get a new 1 fitted on satdee morning….
then away we go for the day.. eh..:D

regards;)

Cant you push it away from the garage door or is it on a hill as well as a roundabout.:D:D:D:D

get yourself to 'machine mart' and get a heavy duty jump starter ....its like a battery with leads attached ........only costs roughly the same as a 21 year old aberfeldy :D

aj get someone with a car/van (say a neighbour ,if they talk to you!) ask em if they have a set of jump leads too, start ya van then get battery and alternator tested!.

then once thats done keep your jump leads under the bonnet for future use. sod all these booster kits !!!!!!!

A Din is wot you make with your cupboard doors, boxing day, after 2 bottles of malt.

Yeah it would be there, on ours the rocker can be set to Van or Leisure Battery.

when in Van the 12v habitation electrics run from the cab battery which is not a good idea generally but as a consequence when the onboard charger is used in this position it charges the engine battery :)
It would be useful for you at this moment in time :)

If yours doesn't charge the van battery then one of these would do the job.

Charge & Start Car Battery Charger Cable on eBay (end time 17-Apr-10 19:55:53 BST) Just connect the leisure battery to the van one and it will trickle charge the van battery at the same time.
