Sure he would keep us amused for a few hours ..

My Dad could join us. He liked history as well. He died in 1972 when I was 21. Think that's where my love of whisky came from ..
 
i would like a drink with someone who could tell me how to make some money as its geting very scarse around here.

:cheers: Ah Rob I was trying to fit you in between Pans people and Emma Bunting but then I realized I could never remember having a drink with you the next day. My head sure told me I did have one though. Looking forward to having the next one with you Paul Jim vern and our very own little hollow legs Carol, and all our other drinking buddies who are to numerous to name. I think our next one could be Brandon next month. ( Don't think Emma will be there though).

I think I'd like a drink with Dave Allen he had a wicked sense of humour and I believe he liked a drink ! So on that bombshell " May your God go with you " :)
 
Got the T-shirt Trev , but i'd be mighty fine getting another one , had some great times in Ireland both in the north and the south .

I'll watch the threads to see if you set up a rally in ireland , count me in when you do :)

Interesting re having a drink with other forum members, People can be so different face to face than the persona you picture in your mind using this media.

Kimbowbill, Rubbertramp, Old Arthur and billy are the only folk I have met on here.

All four are welcome at the table for sure,

Maingate, Sean Rua, even my arch cyber rival AJS ( andDerrickofBerwick ) I could socialise with. I would like to think.
