I think it is rated by the number of post you send
seem to remember becoming a senior at 100 posts

think its just how long you have been a member

I've just become a Member after 30 posts,I was a junior member previously.

I think its the number of posts. I was promoted to from junior member to member on my 30th post. this one's 33 i think
