I'm working on the van and have removed some trim does anyone know what the white putty like sealnr is please?

They use a simular type putty sealant to set seal hobs and sinks to worktops can’t rember it’s name. You should get it from howdens Kitchens

Think this is what your looking for Lee

the white putty type sealer will be a non setting bedding mastic such as Jim (Helmit) suggested the one you want is Carafax IDL 99, or if you want it on a roll the carafax butyl 18mm wide mastic tape IDL311.

hodgsons seamseal cv mastic which is idl 99 apparently - bought some off ebay but use by date was already 8 months past shelf life date (returned ) - so if you buy tubed mastic ask for manufacture date

Thanks for the replies, I'm going to order some Carafax as it looks like the sealant on the van.
My concerns with sikaflex is it's adhesive properties as the trim I have removed may need to

Not sure if a date would bother me on a non setting butyle/buttyrub. Mastic.

My feelings are if i buy something from a shop i expect to have some shelf life on it unless i buy knowing shelf life has expired - i got sent wrong colour which is why i spotted manafacturers shelf life exceeded - bought from another seller and manafacture date over a year newer
