I may have a look at the Finland trip as it's somewhere I would love to go.

I find Gordon to be a bully though and I don't like bullies. I understand the need for discipline in a kitchen but to me he does it for effect and likes to come across as the hard man for the cameras.

Mind you, he's nothing compared to Marco P. W. who had Gordon in tears when he worked for him. I've met Marco and done a lot of work for him but his staff were terrified of him.
 
Love Gino and the gang, another good series coming soon and worth looking out for I loved her Scottish series hope this is as good
