Where does your dog sleep in your Motorhome?

We have a rottie who was a rescue that was obviously mistreated badly before she came to us and hated feet. The worst I ever got was a minor nip to my heel when I got out to the loo in our touring caravan the first time we took her out - however, as I was feeling around with my feet in the dark to try not to stand on her, I let her off with just a sharp 'NO'. We now have a VW T25 and I frequently tread on her when getting out for the loo in the night..... yet all she does now is lies very still, so I can feel round her with my feet for clear space. She's a lovely dog, but definitely knows who's the alpha in our family, (me) but does sometimes have selective hearing when she's off investigating when we are parked up!
