Wheel hubs

Couple of tins off silver wheel paint from Home Bargains. Pull the hub caps off, give them a good clean lay them on the neighbours lawn and empty the two rattle cans onto the 4 hub caps giving it a couple of minutes between coats and hey presto, like new. No faffing with plastic primers or 2pack whatever just reconditioned trims👌

I'd agree with Tezza for sure... wheels painted black (doesn't have to be a fantastic job - just wash clean, let dry and spray. Then trims silver (after wash and dry) and jobs a good 'un.
(not sure if I would bother with etch paint and laquer though. just silver paint on trim and black paint on wheels)

One comment.... If you do prime first, get a grey primer and avoid the white ones completely. I don't know what it is about white aerosol paints - both colour and primer - but they clag up and splatter. and I have had that on many brands over many years whenever I have decided to try "one more time". Grey just works!

Cheaper to buy new yins and put the old ones in the fire.

Just need them tidying up a bit. I've had a quick scan round on t'internet but struggled to find any.
Reckon if I can just spray them with a suitable paint instead to tart them up a bit... ?
Yes😂🤣 Well forget the WD40 an a stiff brush Tezza33's paint is good just done mine with it
