What's Cooking?

For those of us fortunate enough to have a full cooker with oven and grill the sky's the limit. I find my oven & grill slower than the one at home and the oven temps are low, but still cook a roast lunch, roast potatoes, but struggle with Yorkshires as not hot enough, so settle foe Aunt Bessies, can cook cakes.

Small hand whisk off the inverter is brilliant.

When I left my Ex, I had a single ring camping cooker, with a little thought, quite amazing meals can be done with just one ring.

Fresh road kill Pheasant/rabbit cooked like chicken or made into stew, yummy!!

Quite agree that a lot can be done on a single burner. However have also done full roast dinners on COBB BBQ - Wouldn't be without it!

A skillet is also good for cooking a sunday dinner including a full roast chicken and roast potatoes.
I would recommend getting one of those if you don't have one.

pasta dish

i make the classic pasta mixed with tinned tuna and mayo.cheap and kwik to make as well as filling.u can change it by using mackel or pilchards instead of tuna.then salad cream or ketchup instead of mayo.to spice it up a little use spoon of curry powder or chilli powder.
