it would be intresting to hear what mobile networks you use when in europe
the costs vary so much?
i usualy get a local sim if i am staying anywhere for more than two weeks
the last was €20 with €18 worth of credit on and a voucher for €5 to use for top up and that was vodaphone spain ! 2cents a call and i can use it here
i do the same in denmark a sim from lidl is the cheapest i have found

if your coming to spain you need a nie number to buy a spanish sim/mobile. this can take 2 weeks to get so not a lot of use if you are not stopping long.
