At a guess, it could be an ex-clothes van, but the van bit looks like the front of a panel van including the bit behind the B pillar, very odd.

The ally skirt tells me it's a caravan/van lash-up.

A lot of motorhome for the money. Looks home built to me, but well done. I would want to know a lot more about it, and see underneath it in case there are nasties lurking. I bet it's over 3.5t.

But of no interest to me, Too big and too restrictive where it can go. You wouldn't get that over the Bealach Na Ba or many other places on the NC500.

Also it states in the description that it's a six speed manual but I thought the six speed box was introduced on the Mk3 X255 and was never fitted in the 2.8JTD Mk2 X244

Funny enough I checked the MOT history, it's all there, but appears to be a badly maintained vehicle with failures I would not associate with a well looked after motorhome.

Check the MOT milages and dates, insurance register and I think you’ll find a lot more issues.

Crew cab?

That model of Sevel (Ducato/Relay/Boxer) had an unusual position for the sliding door. Instead of being right behind the B Pillar, there was a section of metalwork around the width of a single sideways facing seat (for size context).
To me that space between the cab door and the start of the Motorhome type bodywork is that section and suggests to me the base vehicle was a Panel Van rather than a chassis cab of any type.

I would say the overcab area is too high for a fifth wheel - On a fifth wheel, the bottom of that section would be around the height of a pickup load area sides.
