This looks to be a fuller article giving a balanced opinion
I retain my view that the errors caused by mis-communication (oral/aural) is a problem.
Sending a text email or other message overcomes this
Seending such messaages also overcomes the dislike some have of traditional lat/long
the main advantage of W3W is alleged to be its simlicity and the ability to use simple words.
Yhr fact that courier companies like it does not relate to emergence use.
The need for users partiularly "receivers" to be experienced in its flaws is self-defeating
Clearly in closed user environments (eg RedDwarf and his team) W3W has advantages
IMO "The jury is still out"
The article seems to me to imply that addresses change ?
I am happy to be corrected on this

App used by emergency services under scrutiny
What3Words is used by 100 emergency services but one security researcher has found potential issues.
