As a former Motorcyclist Pan, Suzuki RR etc I agree its well known that most accidents involving motorcyclists are caused by the other 4 wheel driving party

The government in their wisdom have been ferreting around for other ways to relieve us of our money. Following the expenses of the foot and mouth outbreak and mad cow disease it has been decided to Levy a tax per head on all livestock that could be affected by any widespread epidemic, prices have been quoted of £10.50 - £100 per animal per year. They have noted that horses should also be included. That would be the end of our native breeds, the foals of which have only been fetching £30 -£60 each off the moors. Now that all horses are required to have passports even if they don't travel ownership is easily checked. We are fast becoming a police state, heading toward communism purely because private ownership of anything is fast becoming impossibly expensive. Please take a little time to sign the E- petition to object to this .
