Just opened new municipal services available near sports stadium. Free toilet & grey water dump, but can only be accessed in "office hours" which is very few (don't think its at weekends). Free overnight parking. I will update with co-ordinates at a later date. Supposed to be free wifi - I couldn't get a connection. Also supposed to be free WC's, but the sports stadium staff could
n't unlock them - they were unlocked the day the mayor of Lagos opened it. 1.50 euro for 100 litres water
Loads of space to overnight in Vilamoura, not found anywhere to dump though
