Hi all, this is all new to me I'm in the process of selling my home, buying a motorhome and off I go 🙂 Little bit of advice, I intend to shoot down to France and Spain for about 6/7 months and then spend 6 months in UK - Do many on here also do this? Just looking for good places to park up that are free and accessible - big question I know but any help for a newbie would be appreciated

I don't leave for quite so long in one hit. Bear in mind that in the event of a no-deal exit from the EU, British nationals will be restricted to a total of 90 days in the EU in any period of 180 days. For good places to park up in France and Iberia, see the Wild Camping POIs (available to full members), which include some motorhome service areas but also a lot of wilding locations, many of them superb. For a fairly comprehensive database of motorhome service areas in France, visit www.campingcar-infos.com

Got to agree with TJBi the full member fee will pay for it self after the first couple of wild camping spots, so I'd become a full member and get all the benefits associated with it. Regards, Del
