Just a little bit of info on this kind of internal sensors system ....
it is perfectly possible for these to be fitted to existing fitted tyres at pretty low cost. Just needs the bead broken to allow the tyre fitter to get his/her hand inside the well to mount.
I actually had a set of 4 of internal sensors fitted to wheels without changing tyres by a tyre depot in Galashiels for a tenner (all in, not per wheel ), but that was mates rates admittedly.
I also had a set fitted quite a while ago when getting new tyres and because you are providing the valves, the cost of fitting the tyres was actually cheaper than if they were not installing Tyre Sensors at all.
Just posting this as people shouldn't be potentially put off as they are internal.

Thanks for that Wildebus it was something I didn't realise you could do and at £10 well ! ! !.
Had I known they would have been fitted before my tyres needed replacing and now not for sale.

I thought it would have been a tyre off jobby as well but when I went to the dealers, they said they could do it that way.
About an hour in the waiting room. Maybe have to pay £50 usually? I paid £10 cash as a back-scratching deal
