truma water boiler

Truma 10lt water boiler gas only. Start of season filled with water, bleed system, checked for gas and power all ok. Switched on borh red and green light come on together and stay on. No sound of it switching on Any ideas?

Just a thought; have you removed the air vent cover outside. It happened to me once!

mine does the same some times red & green means pilot light fail have you turned on your gas? i had all 3 lights on mine tracked it to a split red hose pipe hope this helps regards murdy

If the red and green lights come on immediately that you power it up then you have a fault.

The red light should only come on after so many seconds and the boiler should try to fire up.

If you do not have a handbook, try the Truma website for help.

Hi, Usually this means low battery voltage or a pcb board problem, try plugging your van in to the mains and check voltage, it needs to be over 11v to operate if not the red light comes on staight away....

Reset heater

Had same problem after turning on without any water ! Found out that all I had to do was hook up to mains, unhook, then hook up again and it reset the trip. Hope its that easy for you.
