Truma Ultrastore

My Truma Ultrasrore boiler isn't delivering hot water via gas or 240v. There green light stays on when I run the water but no no water. The clear tube coming out of the red water outlet at the side of the boiler looks a bit manky. When I pull the clear tube off and try running the water nothing is coming out. I'm assuming this is the part that sends the hot water to the tap ? Happy to send some pictures if that helps.

The clear tube is connected to a pressure relief valve and should lead beneath the vehicle.

It's unclear from what you've said if you're getting cold water or no water at all.

If it's no water then you have an air lock somewhere. Have you refilled the water system after having drained it for Winter?
