Anyone use Triple Qx CrystalGuard which is like AdBlue but with an additive to prevent crystals forming? I have a Ducato with an AdBlue tank, which is a first for me and although the gauge shows the tank is still about 3/4 full I thought I’d better get some. Then I read about problems with crystal deposits forming.

Any advice welcome.

I've had an adblue ducato for a little over three years now and never had a problem, however I never buy the stuff sat on petrol station forecourts in sunshine/light as I'm led to believe it should be stored out of light. I have had it delivered by Amazon, turns up in dark plastic wrapping, my son has prime so easy for me. Occasionally it is available on draught from some forecourts, like the recent meet at Barnoldswick, where I top the tank up and fill any empty containers i have.

For my Car I have bought a bottle of this stuff;

I haven't used it yet but will next time I have to fill the Adblue tank. 1 bottle (500ml) would be sufficient for an Adbue tank on a Ducato.

That's what i'm using in this Trafic Rob.

When bought it the dealer filled the AdBlue 20L tank and it showed 100% so when it gets down to approx 40% i'll fill it up and add another bottle.

Done approx 2,500 miles now in it and the level had dropped to 94%, don't know if that's about right or not as this is my first AdBlue vehicle :unsure:

So its over 32% pig piss and the rest water and emonia.

Ad-Blue another emissions cock-up to worry about. I'll put a bottle of additive in next fill up on the Ducato, also the gauge doesn't work, It did 2,300 on the first tank 17 litres to refill, new vehicles drink it so much more. My BMW needed a new tank/system £1,700 repair on warranty fortunately. Any snake oil that could help must be worth it.
