My Camper Van is due for its annual service and mot next week. It's booked in with a Ford garage and it seems it has a recall on it.
It's called 15P08 - TRANSIT CAMPER - PCM CALIBRATION
Plenty of information about this on other campervan forums in UK and Europe (via Google)
It is to alter the fuelling on these engines to prevent the Pistons cracking / melting 😐

So if you have a mk7 Transit and it's not serviced at a Ford dealer this recall will be missed!
Check yours using etis (google it).

Is your engine a 2.2 TDCI ? I have checked on my reg number for my T660 Nexxo but nothing comes up on the Ford site.
Cheers

Not actually a recall, but a field service action (that was somehow missed when a Ford dealer in France serviced in January the motorhome that I acquired in February). A Ford dealer in the UK told me that he had had one in to do, but didn't view it as something requiring urgent attention but to book in at a convenient time.

I think it needs doing urgently looking at how many low mileage engines have blown up.

Not all Transits need that upgrade, mine didn,t but it had a recall for an upgraded oil pump.
Tompa.

Thanks for the heads up. I just checked ours. No recall. Thank goodness.
