After my phone call the other week to the DVLA and the lady saying she would send me a form and I was to fill it in and send the documents and a covering letter should be ok.
BUT todays post proved NO
Yes the vehicle has to be licensed within the lat 12 months and a SORN declaration as to have had no gaps and if I re licence it will have to be inspected so I will be sticking to BYL
I might phone on Monday to see what happens if I scrap the MHG vehicle
