£965 would be a very shiny tow bar .£300 would be a dull black one ,time to shop around .tow bars have to be type tested now so no possibility of getting a crap one ,
I had quotes for 5-600 ,I need the dedicated wiring kit to keep the vans warranty intact
It will be a standard fit for the xlwb vans so no need for an Autotrail one
Ok, so I had a local chap come out and have a look, and has said, no problem, can fit one for £450. He also mentioned the requirement for a dedicated wiring kit, he said because it's a manufacturer converted van, not a self build, so he wouldn't want to break into the already fitted wiring set up.
