Parked up for 2 nights . Went to use tomtom when setting off . Totally dead .
Checked lead etc .
Anyone had this problem?
Did post this earlier. Haven't a clue where !

Which model TomTom? Our 5100 has twice had a faulty USB connector in the cradle.

Just checked , it's back . Vaguely remember this happened before .
I did swop leads , checked new lead with phone , gave it time to charge etc . In answer to those having the audacity to suggest I'm a dummy .
Not saying you are wrong , just not this time .

When they are really flat they will not work even when plugged in, happened to me as well.

Plug in with mains at home, leave for a few hours and try again.

Had it happen a couple of times and, as Graham said, left it on charge for a few hours, then held the on button in for ages until it started again.

M sure that works but in my case it was left off charge and then ,when switched back on , came back to life immediately
