I’ve had a snooper camper which was awful kept dieing in the middle of France. Sent it back got a replacement, okay for about 6 months then died again but now out of warranty I would definitely avoid ! I’ve used Tom Tom which seemed pretty good, but now have the garmin camper which I bought refurbished on eBay. So far it’s been excellent. Just enter the campsite you want, including in Europe and it takes you straight there. Garmin for me from now on !

I've just downloaded Magic Earth satnav, using it with Android auto, That must have the most inaccurate speed limit database of them all. In a 30 mile trip it was wrong on many road sections that have not had a change for ages, even our street which has been 20mph for over 20 yrs it had 30 limit according the Magic Earth.

We bought a large reconditioned tablet, so we could run map apps, just so J could read it. Now I'm the sole driver, we use my plus phone. Does that give a clue as to why J no longer driving the motorhome?
