This has to be the strangest layout of any van I've seen EVER

What were they thinking, I would be interested in your thoughts on this particular van.

Didn't like the cabinets alongside the bed - why make them so low? It closes the whole top of the bed in which I would imagine would make it claustrophobic as well as restricting use of the tops of the bedside cabinets below. Galley was too small as were the cabinets above it. The bathroom took up too much space unnecessarily in my opinion. As for the dinette arrangement, if all seats were in use it would be like musical chairs if anybody wanted to get up and use the loo!

Overall a poor use of the space available so not for me I'm afraid.

Agree with Rob. The day space is no more than a camper van. For 3.5t it looks heavy as well. Wonder what the payload is.

I would not like the walk through bathroom. Very clumsy and awkward use of space. Even more so if it was being used as a 4 berth.

Interesting, I suppose, always good to see a different take on a layout, doesn't matter that I don't like it, not the type of MH I'd go near.

Poor use of space, not enough internal storage and the hob will be awkward to use at that angle.

Not a van we would be interested in, but good to see some innovation on layouts, at first I wondered why the walk through bathroom had the sink in the middle, but once you see the tv mount on the back which is in middle of bottom of bed it makes sense. As for the cupboards either side of bed, great idea, gives a space for book or phone underneath and maximizes storage above.
Like Barry my first thought was "they look heavy" and sure enough on the RollerTeam website there is a 4.4t option on the two largest vans, but AFAIK that should be standard, it would be very difficult to run them at 3.5t.

Quite an imaginative design in my opinion. Though are the extra pax seats set up
to be side-on??? Agree 3500kg vans will likely be compromised on payload.

Not enough cupboard storage for us and while we're talking about van layouts I'll express my own little gripe.... where's the bin! All these vans costing 60/70/80K with fancy lighting and you still have to have a plastic carrier bag hanging on a flippin door handle. When I re modeled our van I made sure we had two pull out bins, one for waste and a large bin for recycling.
