I have a Thetford C200 CWE and the electric flush switch is playing up yet again, i`ve already replaced it 4 times now and i`m sick and fed up with it.

Has anyone changed the electric flush to a manual flush, if so is it just a straight swap or does anything else have to be changed / altered ?

Obviously i`ll pull the fuse and isolate the electric cables.

We never use the flush. Get a drinks bottle with the nozzle on and use that to squirt water where you need it

Hi Steve, i have a washed out 750ml bleach bottle ( the one with the little spout ) to use when this flush isn`t working as well but the wife really struggles to use that because of the damned arthritis in her hands / thumbs.

To me it looks like the manual pump will be a straight swap but i just wondered whether any others members had done this

I`ve emailed Thetford but as per seems to be the norm these days they haven`t answered

No answer from Thetford or the 2 camping accessory places i emailed as well

A local motorhome dealer wants me to drop it with them and they`ll investigate, earliest they can fit me in is December
