Thats the van winterised!

Did you drain the toilet flush tank?

Often forgotten and then you get the black gunge.

Sadly this one doesn't have one. All comes from the main tank. I was annoyed at this at first as our old one had a separate tank which held about 10 or 15 litres I think but it hasn't made much noticeable difference and I guess its one less thing to think about.

:ROFLMAO:

Actually it does work. Nothing frosts up on the drive and unless it gets really really sub zero it rarely freezes. I have of course drained the boiler, tanks, disconnected the pump etc. Snow coming tomorrow so thought it best to put it away. I just hope the solar does just enough to keep the cab battery topped up there. We will see.
My winterising just involves putting on long johns

I need to get into the van next week and connect the Ctek up to the VB, the MPPT doesn't keep up to it in winter but it seems fine on the LB even though I should have got a new one three years ago, unlike a certain bloke further up country I don't worry too much.

Just bought 4 of these incase the grounds soft wherever we land ...

He's a pussy though.

Not so! Going away at Christmas for three weeks to the Lake District. Its not really put away for the winter. Its going to snow here tomorrow so I don't want it on the front in case some nutter in a 20 ton tractor yacking on his mobile phone destroys it.

I wonder if there is a way to make the reversing camera swivel up and down the road so I can see if there is nutter in a tractor coming when I reverse it out.
