Tesco's Hudl with Free and Paid For SatNav Apps - Thoughts Please.

^Nice link Tezza. Good solution for the van although on the move may be tricky?
I use one of these boosters to give me a stronger signal, the one I have has a strong magnetic base which fits on a plate bonded to the roof, the cable I just run throught the roof light and connects to the dongle, a 3gb/3 Month '3' sim from Amazon for £20.99, (they were £11.99 in Aug:() and my Granddaughter happily surfs while we drive along, both my dongle and router are unlocked so work with any sim

I also get good 3 signal while on the move on the train, it picks up the new cells well as it moves between the areas, but I was thinking more on the move away from the van, like walking or travelling on foot to work/meetings etc. If I got a Hudl I'd need 3G away from the van and with an power source for the modem, hopefully the Hudl itself. I probably need to wait for a new model which does this.
