We bought one of these (3.8m) a year or so ago reduced in local hardware store to £90. Used them a lot round the house, keep them under the bed...got them for the van really!
I too have a pair of these ladders (2 in fact) and they are extremely useful when jobs are at home.. But as previousley mentioned too heavy and bulky to have as a permanant accessory in my MH. Lightweight two section ladders more servicable and stowable in many cases. But 'horses for courses' -your MH might have plenty of space and power.
