Talbot Sienna

Hi everyone,

We are quite new to motorhomes and have an old Talbot Sienna. Our problem is that we cannot unlock the water cap, the key turns but will not undo the cap. Can anyone help please? Also if anybody could point us in the right direction as to where we could obtain an owners handbook that would be a great help to us.

After turning the key try pushing the cap in before you turn it :dance:

its quite posible that the lock barrel is faulty .is the key like an ignition key if so it sounds as if the pins inside have either corroded or are siezed .i know its the cap for the water but i would try to spray a small amount of wd 40 into the lock barrel ,if all else fails it looks as if you may have to try and pry the cap off . luckily if the cap is as i think the same as a normal fuel cap then a replacement is quite easy to obtain at most motorist discount stores
