Aldi will have these on sale from 14th February, they are sold out online. My Son tipped me off as he paid £60 for his and Aldi have them for £39.99. He is happy with the one he uses on his bike.

I’ve got on. Have it on an ee payg sim that I top up £5 a month. It’s great and you can get it to use data and live track.

I would guess that the Streetwize uses essentially the same hardware as the TK102 based ones selling on Ebay for less than £20. You need to be aware that you need to use a SIM for a network which will operate on 2G, so a 3 SIM will not work.

i thought you could set them so they only respond to a query rather than sending a signal all the time i have an old i phone in mine with a 1p sim in the credit has remained the same over 3 months i just have to look on find a friend to locate ?
