Stourport on Severn Stopover

If you need to stop this place has a big carpark and the people there exceptionally welcoming and friendly. There is an onsite Cafe/Restaurant which is open all day and early evening - serving reasonably priced food and snacks and a friendly bar in the evenings, live entertainment and themed evenings sometimes. Plus a car boot on day a week

I think there would be a chance of hookup for a small fee if you wanted it.

just looked it up online, food sounds good and they have disabled access which so many places don't have, thanks for that m'dear, shall pop that on my list of stopovers..

hope you won't mind me saying, i simply loved reading your blog, every single word, really hope you're going to continue writing it, just shows everyone what wonderful adventures us solo older ladies are capable of when we put our minds to it, you've been an inspiration to me.. :) maybe we'll meet up somewhere on the road..

Well How kind!

I am keeping up the diary and taking lots of photos but since changing to apple just can't get to grips with everything, but as I am currently in Windsor and Milton Keynes is not far away I am going to Apple Store there next week for (I hope) some one-to-one training and I will let you know when it is updated.

Am off to see the Lord Mayors Show in London tomorrow, and of course look at the poppies, then up the Shard, which, if it is a nice day we should be able to see the fireworks from, but as it has to be booked in advance its just a chance I will have to take.

:)

I too have really enjoyed your blog, particularly your Shetland adventures which brought back memories for me. Very impressed that you tackled the pass from Applecross.
Looking forward to the continuing story when you master Apple.

Thanks :)

Show and view from Shard great, plus had Peruvian meal. Excellent :)

Today Runnymede, Hell Fire Caves, sunday lunch West Wycombe and Stanley Spencer gallery in Cookham. Good day :)

Great Journal

Fairly new to site and this camper thing but have started reading your travel journal from the start. Like other readers it's very inspirational, humorous and well written. It's very warming the concern you have for your dog the great Dane (great big dog) Keep up the good work. CAL.
