Well perhaps not for the first time, I am missing the point.
Before we start arriving en masse with placards and braziers, What has the dealer, "not done" ?
If trading standards, have been consulted and believe there is a breach, believe me they have more teeth than the folk on this forum put together.
Whilst they may be seen to be doing little about things, often that isnt the case , they are collating and cross referencing other cases to bring irrefutable evidence before a court that there are illegal trading methods.
I do hope the OP has her issues resolved, but if you read the thread and comments a lot of vigilantes that have no idea what the problem even is.

Trading Standards are very good. They sorted a problem I had with Wicks the builders merchant so they will take on anyone and win but they are not quick. A claim will take months to process so a quicker fix may well be had from going further up the food chain to the manufacturer. Especially if they think a complaint against their good name is about to go viral on the Motorhome sites.
