How can one man get charged for possession of an offensive weapon yet the three men are only suspected of stealing the MH and police are carrying out enquiries?

They ran away, it didn't belong to them, so surely they nicked it?

Unless they get prints and a admission of guilt the courts would say they were taking a ride as they thought in a mates new van.

Our boys sort it out round the back of some shops, walking can be problematic afterward.
