Trollocks, you are never too old for new adventures.
We are looking for a piece of land in NZ to stick a batch/crib/tinyhome/static/bus/mh, whatever you want to call it, plus a bit to plant in and maybe keep some livestock or chickens. Rent or buy, not fussed. Spend 6 months NZ, 6 months Oz or elsewhere. Anywhere but UK or Europe.

No chance of emigrating, we have nothing to bring to the table so to speak, so the 6 month malarkey is the next best thing.

UK is bust, kaput, bankrupt, politically, socially and financially, we just don't want to live there anymore.
