We like this van, rear lounge, but it still has a garage, but there is hardly any storage in the back, due to a drop-down bed, which we would never use (maybe you can delete it & have upper lockers). Why not have a 3-burner hob? Plenty of space for it, I'm not sure why they did that odd storage/seat gubbins just inside the door, could have had a full height wardrobe there, and the shelve out the fitted robe.

£83k is a bit pricey, so we willn't be picking it up soon.

There doesn't seem to be much storage at all Kev. I don't think I saw any overhead lockers in the front either. Mind you with just 420kg of payload you wont be putting much heavy stuff in it anyway. That "garage" looks pretty small as well. I know Luton overcabs are out of fashion and they sell these "low profiles" as if its some kind of bonus but an unused overcab is a brilliant storage space for loads of big bulky stuff. I've had a Kayak and two folding bikes up in ours before.

Is that van really 7.25m? It looks quite short and squat to me in the video. Could be the camera. Looks more like 6.5m to me.

Yes I wondered about the length too, I'd have said sub 6m, the garage is about big enough to put my scooter and w/chair in it, and it's right next to the drivers door too, very handy, but the other oddball design kills it.

Popped into Campbells Caravans, Lostock Hall the other day and saw one of these.

The one on show had several extras and a price tag of £92,000 o_O How the fekking hell do you get to £92,000 for a Ford Transit

We looked at them

The world has gone crackers. I still haven't got over what we paid for the Consort.

Our van is plenty big enough Chris, full size rear lounge, kitchen and bathroom, only 6.25.

A decent speck long wheelbase transit Trend is nearly 60k with the Vat on a par with MB sprinters now. The base commercial vehicles have been going through the roof last couple of years. Trying to steer us towards the electric stuff that I think will never work for motorhomes.
