I only sleep in the car when i`m driving,the wife holds onto the steering wheel.

As i said many times on here that i had a mate and a uncle done for in charge of a car, one was asleep my uncle had the keys in pocket when drunk and got done in bangor town some 50 years back, dont do it.
Normal sleeping is ok as he said.

It depends what you mean by slaver.
I know it also means someone who dribbles or drools from the mouth but it isn't used much

Well he's certainly got a very high opinion of himself.... A "Blackbelt Barrister" no less. Expert in the art of answering any legal question with "maybe".

I disagree. He has stated 'The Law' as it is written. The 'maybe' comes in to how a Police Officer or Magistrate may interpret that Law and how the behaviour of someone may influence the on the spot judgement of a Police Officer (who are generally ignorant of many aspects of the aforementioned Law).

By the way he is a Master 7th Degree Black Belt (I looked it up). For £50 I will not pass on your details to him.
