Can anyone give a recommendation for a good garage, in the Tyne & Wear area, to get an oil / filter change on my Motorhome ?

If thats all you want what about Kwik fit?
Local ambulance garages and BT garages do servicing and MOTs in some areas.

I never gave Kwik Fit a thought - will have to check if they can take the height.

I live in South Shields and I do my own services, but if I didnt I would use Stan Autos,Commercial road, near the market.

In your location I would suggest Hadrian Garage, Wallsend. Close to Hadrian Metro station

TBH Dellwood an oil change and filter change in the grand scale is pretty basic.

If I were you I would find someone local on recommendation ...establish or provide the lubricants you want and expect to pay no more than 30 mins labour charge at the outside.

perhaps an additional 40 pence for a sump washer.....
