Semi Flexible solar panels

Hi

I already have one of these, sika flex glued to Froggies roof, absolutely no probs

Froggie has to be sold soon, so have been researching more ways of fixing semi flexible solar panels to the new roof.

Much to my amazement, it seems that VELCRO, ok industrial self adhesive VELCRO is commonly used both here and in the USA.

I can see many advantages, but the engineer in me sees many worries!

Anyone done this??

If so, be more than pleased to hear your experiences

Thanks

You probably need 3M Dual Lock I've used it to hold 12v lead acid batteries on photography flash stands amongst other things. It's available on Ebay, Amazon, Viking Direct and many other places onlline.

Friendly green giant on eBay do flexible fitting kit

Thanks for that, until now I'd not heard of them.

Like the idea for their flex mounting kit, could poss use industrial Velcro between the corners as well, and still have a removable panel:D
